The Delaware County Youth Orchestra is pleased to present its Spring Concert on Sunday, May 12, 2024. It will be performed at 5:00 P.M. at the George H. Slick Auditorium of Strach Haven High School, 205 South Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086. Maestro Andrew Hauze will conduct Leonard Bernstein’s Overture to “Candide,” Hector Berlioz’ “Harold in the Mountains” from Harold in Italy. Viola soloist Marvin Moon of the Philadelphia Orchestra will accompany the orchestra. They will complete the program with Johannes Brahms’ “Academic Festival Overture.”

Auditions for new members will be held on Saturday, May 18 and Thursday, May 23, at the Ardmore Presbyterian Church, 5 West Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003. Go to DCYO.org/auditions to register.
