Here at the Phillyfunguide, we want you to know that we are still working hard to bring you the latest information on how the arts and culture community is responding to this crisis, even in the midst of so much uncertainty. Although our team is working remotely at this time, we are still working hard alongside our partner organizations to make sure you have all of the information needed about the latest events in the region.
If you have purchased a Funsavers ticket for a performance within the next 30 days, and you have questions about cancellations, postponed shows and/or refunds, you can reach out to our team directly by sending an email to info@phillyfunguide.com or calling (215) 399-3521. Our business hours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. In the meantime, Funsavers will be running as scheduled on Thursday mornings for the foreseeable future. Rest assured that we will continue to keep you all posted in the coming weeks as things change.
