25 Upper Holland Road Richboro PA 18954

The Free Library of Northampton Township is a member of the Bucks County Library Network. The Free Library of Northampton Township has a collection of 113,000 print and non-print items including books, magazines, books on tape and CD, electronic books, videocassettes and DVDs. We have computers with internet access and word processing programs, computerized databases with current and back issues of magazines, and a county-wide computerized catalog of the libraries' holdings. We offer programs for all ages- from story hours for preschoolers, toddlers and babies to computer classes for senior citizens. Annual library attendance is over 200,000 (an average of more than 700 persons per day); 70% of the township's 39,384 residents are library cardholders. The library shared the Northampton Township Cultural Center with the Council Rock Senior Center from 1985 until the Senior Center relocated to a new building in 2004. At that time construction began on a library expansion project. Construction was completed in the fall of 2006. The library grew from 10,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet.
