Mike Daisey's The End of Journalism

    Philadelphia Theatre Company

    480 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146
    • Friday November 10th 2017, 8:00pm to 9:30pm
    • Saturday November 11th 2017, 8:00pm to 9:30pm

    November 9 – 11, 2017

Mike Daisey returns to PTC on the one year anniversary of our presidential election with two provocative new monologues performed in repertory. The End of Journalism explores how journalism in America ended, peeling back layers of “real” and “fake” news to find the darkly hilarious truth about the world we’ve made. In This is Not Normal, Daisey illuminates the fever gripping all of us, and how quickly that fever becomes fascism. Daisey is hailed as the pre-eminent monologist in the American theater today.

The End Of Journalism and This Is Not Normal will be running in rep over the course of three days. Specific dates and times below.

    The End of Journalism dates: Friday, 11/10/2017 @ 8pm & Saturday, 11/11/2017 @ 8pm

    This Is Not Normal dates: Thursday, 11/9/2017 @ 8pm & Saturday, 11/11/2017 @ 3pm
