Crisp, cool air, the leaves changing color, pumpkin spice and of course, beer! Fall is upon us, and you know what that means: time for Oktoberfest!

Started in Munich, Germany in 1810, Oktoberfest is now the largest Volksfest (beer festival and travelling funfair) in the world, occuring in the 16 days leading up to October. Oktoberfest is traditionally celebrated with copious amounts of Oktoberfest Beer and Wurst, among other favorite German delicacies.

Here is your ultimate guide to some of the best Oktoberfest celebrations in and around Philadelphia. Enjoy all of the fall festivities, grab yourself a fresh sausage sandwich and a delicious craft beer, and share photos of your fun finds with us on TwitterFacebook and Instagram @Phillyfunguide!
