This class is designed for the adult with some previous dance experience who wishes to improve their physicality and get a good workout in a non-threatening dance environment. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by hip hop combos which include fun, intermediate hip hop dance choreography. Hip Hop incorporates a variety of old and new urban dance styles. The dancing represents body movements that go with the beat and rhythm of hip hop music. Hip hop dancing is very dynamic and helps the dancers improve flexibility develop body balance, and coordination. Ages 13+.
