Jesus Christ Superstar
Presented by Media Theatre for the Performing Arts at Media Theatre for the Performing Arts July 13-August 5, 2012 Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic rock musical performed by Media Theatre's Youth Ensemble (performers are teen and up).
Jesus' final days are presented in a montage-style, completely sung Broadway musical as he seeks to change the world around him...only to have Judas' plans affect the outcome. Relevant today, this is an explosive, bombastic look at celebrity worship.
