Hailed by Rolling Stone as "the Queen of Folkabilly," Nanci Griffith's musical journey made her one of the most admired and acclaimed singer-songwriters. She's won multiple Grammys including her work with the Chieftains and penned "Gulf Coast Highway" (Emmylou & Willie duet), "Love At The Five And Dime" (Kathy Mattea Grammy nominated hit) and "Outbound Plane" (Suzy Bogguss). In turn, Nanci was the first to record Julie Gold's Grammy-winning classic "From A Distance" which reached #1 in the UK & Ireland. Nanci's own signature songs include "Once In a Very Blue Moon" and "It's a Hard Life Wherever You Go"
