Important Visitors and Fine Dining Fairmount Park Trolley Tour
Presented by Philadelphia Museum of Art at Philadelphia Museum of Art August 19, 2012 Imagine dinner with statesman John Adams and others as they were entertained at Mount Pleasant (1762-65), Laurel Hill (1767), and Lemon Hill (1800). Departing from and returning to the Philadelphia Museum of Art's West Entrance, this tour provides transportation to several sites in Fairmount Park. Knowledgeable and engaging guides will bring the houses and the trolley ride alive with stories from the sites. Tour concludes with light refreshments. Includes admission to all three sites.

Presented by Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site April 6, 2009 - Ongoing Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site was once the most famous and expensive prison in the world, but stands today in ruin, a haunting world of crumbling cellblocks and empty guard towers.
