Presented by Darlington Arts Center March 31-June 9, 2012 Learn techniques to make beautiful and colorful beaded wire jewelry using basic wire wrapping techniques. Each student will make their own earrings, bracelet, and personal initial necklace.

SilverSneakersĀ® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Classes
Presented by Darlington Arts Center March 12-June 14, 2012 Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Regular participation in SilverSneakers can help build muscular strength, improve joint mobility and increase cardiovascular endurance, leading to improved health and greater independence.
