Spring Sadhana with Rebecca Hooper
Presented by Wake Up Yoga at Wake Up Yoga West March 24, 2012 As the roots of the tree must be firm and established so that the branches may extend and flourish, the foundational asanas must be learnt and revisited to inform those that follow…whether the roots are now being established, or the roots are being re-established.
The foundation of the asana is where the body meets the earth. There will be an emphasis on lateral extensions and twists. This workshop is appropriate for students who have been practicing at least a year.
