Wanted to do it 2 yrs ago and it was sold out so I planned ahead this time and finally went . Tickets said 25$ but if you want to go near Halloween you need to use Ticketmaster because they sell out. With their " Fees " tickets were $37.50 .Parking was across town at the Zoo without ANY instructions where . We get to the event and get in and it was pretty disappointed . Some makeup of the zombies was good but it seemed more made for kids than adults. You're practically rushed through an hour or so . They even took back the 3D glasses . And in the end you open up to t-shirt and food stands with overpriced snacks and carny gimmicks . The museum however is pretty nice. All I know it was nowhere near worth 38 bucks per person nor the 3 hours I drove to get there. If any advice I would say : Don't waste your money on the night show and stick to the day tour museum . This year's 'Terror' has a new section called the 'infirmary', which is really great. There are some really good insane type characters walking around, which is a good break from the usual jump-out-and-scream type. Infirmary has some interesting ones! The excellent flashlight part is there too, which I think is one of the best parts of the tour. Go on an off night if you can to avoid crowds. The best weekends are the first ones, so plan for next year! I used the Ghost Trolley last year and it was a lot of fun, so don't be shy about off site parking, they make it really fun! Collapse
