Main Line Art Center

A primary resource for visual arts enrichment and learning, the Main Line Art Center supports the development of artists and the growth of audiences for the arts. Classes, workshops, exhibitions, lectures, trips and outreach programs reach over 7,000 students and enthusiastic art viewers each year. Known for the high standards of its programs, the art center welcomes everyone to experience the visual arts.

    Access Information: Recent renovations, addition of accessible restrooms and an elevator, offer greater access. Call ahead for specific access information about classes offered. Parents of special needs children attend an orientation to meet teachers before classes start. Advanced reservations are required at least one week prior for special tours, accessible seating or interpreted events.

    Blind/VI Access: The Art Center is accessible for individuals who use detectable canes or guides. Call in advance for specific access information about classes offered.

    Wheelchair Access: Accessible entrance and 3 accessible parking spaces are located adjacent to the Center. Classrooms have movable seating and tables, which can be arranged to accommodate individual needs.
