    Philadelphia School of Circus Arts

    Comment on Facebook

The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts is the only such school in the greater Mid-Atlantic region. It joins three other schools in the U.S. and a handful overseas, with a full circus arts curriculum. Housed in a 3,200 sq. ft. facility, the school has braces for 18 aerial rigs and space enough for 17 faculty to lead up to three simultaneous classes. Ongoing and individual classes are given for all levels and ages, from 18 months to 70. Small group (and family) classes can also be scheduled. From trapeze to equilibristics, Chinese acrobatics, harnesses, bungees, juggling, unicycle, tightwire and balancing, the school opened in June 2008 with 150 students. Parties, corporate and college team-building, holiday camp and on- and off-site performance available.
