Ruba Hall

 This is the sort of place that would appear more appropriate in a remote eastern european village than the party town that is Northern Liberties. Yet, its pool and ping pong tables and a late liquor license (with cheap drinks) make it increasingly attractive to those party goers who are just not ready to call it a night yet. Part of its charm is the mixed crowd: from hipsters to old men to the russian mafia - with no one seemingly out of place.
