 Cheltenham Mall has served both the Philadelphia and Montgomery County communities for over 30 years. This single level enclosed community shopping mall is conveniently located just 9 miles north of downtown Philadelphia. Anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Home Depot, Shoprite and Target, Cheltenham Square boasts more than 85 specialty stores including Chili's Bar & Grill, Bath & Body Works, The Children's Place, Ashley Stewart, Footlocker, fye, Kids Footlocker, Radio Shack, Subway, Payless Shoes, Jimmy Jazz, Foot Action and Lane Bryant. The unique tenant mix attracts a diverse shopper from all over the area. Over the past year Cheltenham Mall undergone a multi–million dollar remodel which includes the opening of several new stores including banking forerunner TD Banks, Metro PCS, Chili's Bar & Grill, Anna's Linen, PCX, and T–Mobile.
