Thanks for your interest in the Funsavers program!

Part of Phillyfunguide, Funsavers is a weekly permission-based email that provides consumers with last minute offers of half-price tickets to entertainment events for the upcoming week. Every Thursday, over 82,000 subscribers receive up to 35 last minute, half-price offers to a wide range of performances from the best in Theater, Music, Dance, Museum exhibitions, and more. These offers are availble only to Funsavers subscribers, so sign up here!

This form is to be used by organizations to submit their event for the Funsavers half-price ticket email ONLY. (If you are interested in promoting your event at regular price, you can complete our online form to submit your event.)

Participating in the Funsavers is FREE for any member of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. If you are not a member of the Cultural Alliance and would like to offer half-price tickets to your event, please contact Ms. Len Neely, Electronic Marketing Manager, at LenN@philaculture.org or 215-399-3530 for pricing and details.

All fields on this form must be completed and received by the Cultural Alliance by 12 p.m. on Monday if you want to be included in this Thursday's email containing offers occurring Friday through the following Thursday. Remember you can always submit Funsavers offers in advance, but we cannot include offers that are submitted past the 12 p.m. Monday deadline. You can bookmark this page for regular Funsavers offer submissions.

To ensure that your offer has been submitted correctly and approved for inclusion, you will receive a confirmation email on the Wednesday immediately prior to the Funsavers delivery. If you do not receive this email, please contact Michelle White at MichelleW@philaculture.org or 215-399-3521 to confirm your offer has been received.

This confirmation email will also include a link to a reporting form to report the results of your Funsavers offer once it has been concluded, a requirement for participation in the Funsavers program.
