This was a great outdoor event we walked with a guide through the woods. The guide taped a Maple Tree and explained how this is done and why. Showed us how it's boiled down into syrup. They had a taste test between "REAL Maple syrup" and everyday pancake syrup. Also had syrup and candies to buy. Collapse
