For the third year in a row, students from the Art Institute of Philadelphia will repurpose CCD street banners into wearable art. The event features one-of-a-kind, matching dog and dog-walker couture modeled by dogs from PAWS, the local dog animal rescue. PAWS will be on-site to promote adoption opportunities. Using the Park’s natural setting, an installation of banner birdhouses and sculptures will also be featured.
