Comment on Facebook The Producer of the 2012 Chester County Jazz Festival is Sugarbaby Events, LLC, a locally owned events company. www.sugarbabyevents.com. Sugarbaby Events is a special events company run by two Chester County residents who simply love Jazz and want to bring their love for Jazz to the community in which they live. They have over 50 years of combined business management experience and 10 years of experience in corporate and private event planning.
