Comment on Facebook Animals brought in to Pennsville Pound by various animal controls officers in different areas of the county are held for 7 days, then released to the rescue. From there they spay and/or neuter them, and see they get all their medical needs taken care of, then find suitable homes for the unwanted animals to start their lives over again.
