The LUNGevity Foundation's vision is a world where no one dies of lung cancer; a world that LUNGevity helped to create by bringing together world-class scientific minds, passionate advocates, and an efficient and effective organization.  The mission of the LUNGevity Foundation is to have a meaningful and immediate impact on improving lung cancer survival rates, ensure a higher quality of life for lung cancer patients, and provide a community for those impacted by lung cancer. In order to accomplish that mission, LUNGevity funds the most promising research into the early detection and successful treatment of lung cancer. LUNGevity also supports the largest national grassroots lung cancer network, as well as the largest online support community for those affected by lung cancer.

    Breathe Deep South Jersey Cooper River Park Breathe Deep South Jersey Presented by LUNGevity Foundation at Cooper River Park November 2, 2013 Formally called Heather Saler’s Lung Cancer Walk, Breathe Deep South Jersey is an annual walk held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ on November 2nd. This walk raises critical funding for early detection research, and brings awareness to the cause. There will be numerous activities for people of all ages, food and beverages, guest speakers, Chinese auction, and tons of giveaway prizes! All proceeds benefit LUNGevity Foundation.
