Curio Theatre Company serves audiences in West Philadelphia and beyond with high quality, affordable theatre performances and develops artistic talent through ensemble-based performance, training and rehearsal processes, and furthers academic, social, and personal development through arts education. The artistic and the educational arms of the theatre company are intertwined as they make a home in the diverse community of West Philadelphia.

    The Hound Of the Baskervilles Calvary Center for Culture and Community The Hound Of the Baskervilles Presented by Curio Theatre Company at Calvary Center for Culture and Community May 8-June 1, 2013 Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's most celebrated Sherlock Holmes story gets a gloriously funny makeover by three actors who portray more than a dozen characters. This meta-theatrical spoof is a "deliberately tatty affair" repleate with air violin, saunas and a desperately inaccurate Canadian accent - something Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle would definitely not have approved of. C'est la vie!
