    PECO Multicultural Series at Penn's Landing Great Plaza at Penn's Landing PECO Multicultural Series at Penn's Landing Presented by Delaware River Waterfront Corporation and PECO at Great Plaza at Penn's Landing May 20-September 16, 2013 Since 1995, PECO has been proud to celebrate Philadelphia’s diverse ethnic heritage by sponsoring the PECO Multicultural Festival. From June through September, the Multicultural Series offers a variety of culturally rich events with a chance to explore the world without actually traveling. All events are free and take place on the Great Plaza.
