    Movement Brigade

Movement Brigade creates dance theater works that soak your eyes with a visual narrative. They are intended to push you into a commentary about real life. The dance drives the work and an emotional edge pushes it; at times, it is funny, at times, it is a parody, and at times, it is heavily emotional. It is always full of weight. The experience of being alive lives at its core. Movement Brigade was formed as a dance theater organization in June 2009 in the city of Philadelphia. Spearheaded by Alie Vidich, the organization was formed with a goal to create highly evocative performance works. Vidich created the organization alone, with the intent to allow an open door for other directors and collaborators to join into the movement of this brigade.
