    Hooping has been around for years, but its popularity is back in full force. Recently, hooping has become one of the hottest exercising trends! While very popular on the West Coast, hooping for health is making its way to the East Coast quickly. Classes, hooping tribes and hooping meet-ups are popping up locally, and Loopdihoops is doing it's part to bring hooping to the area by teaching hooping and holding free hooping sessions in the area.
