For 30 years, the Center for the Creative Arts has been a community art center devoted to art enrichment through education for people of all ages and abilities. The Center's engaging and exciting programming reflects community needs and supplements that provided by schools and other institutions. We make every effort to collaborate with other cultural organizations, schools, and local businesses to serve as a catalyst for accomplishing common community goals. Our vision is to further our mission of helping people "Find the Artist Within". We believe that the arts are essential for child development and academic success and for enriching our culture as a whole.

    Luck of the Draw The Center for the Creative Arts Luck of the Draw Presented by Center for the Creative Arts at The Center for the Creative Arts September 21, 2013 An exciting evening with guest Emcee Victoria Wyeth. Enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres while looking at the selected artwork. At 7:30 pm, Victoria will begin drawing cards at random, and ticket holders will have one minute to choose one artwork to take home. A few exceptional items will be live auctioned. Proceeds benefit Center for the Creative Arts’ programs and summer arts camp scholarships for children.

    Annual Artisans Show The Center for the Creative Arts Annual Artisans Show Presented by Center for the Creative Arts at The Center for the Creative Arts November 8-November 10, 2013 A fine craft show featuring 50 regional artisans with original work in Photography, Prints, Fibers, Folk Art, Ceramics, Glass, Fine Wood, Fine Metal, Mixed Media, Jewelry, Sculpture and more. A Reception and Wine Tasting will be held Friday, November 8, 6-8:30 pm. Show admission is good for the whole weekend. Homemade lunch items and soup will be for sale and there will be an art basket raffle. Free parking.
