The Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and the Philly Fringe are taking over Philadelphia once again this September. The two festivals run simultaneously, creating a city that bursts with boundary-pushing performances and wild creativity. The festival dates are September 3-18, 2010.

Philly Fringe promises to be another blast of artistic freedom, as local companies, individuals, and fly-by-night gangs of performing artists stage their newest work in galleries, city streets, and yes, even regular old theaters.
