Learn how grist mills have been featured in books and stories for years to teach children about the land and the food we eat Staff members will read from books like “Pancakes, Pancakes!” by Eric Carle and “The Little Red Hen,” which illustrate the journey of the food we eat every day from the field to the table The Mill is also pleased to release "The Grist Mill Cat," the first children's book ever written about the Anselma Mill!
