David Berkeley is an indie singer-songwriter who performs acoustic music. He has appeared on the radio program This American Life and has toured with Billy Bragg, Nickel Creek, Rufus Wainwright, and Ray LaMontagne, among others. His debut came in 2002 with the mostly acoustic The Confluence, which displays elaborate lyrics about personal topics, complex song construction, and varying chord patterns, traits that still identify his style. His most recent CD is called Strange Light.
