THEATRE

Writer's Block by Woody Allen
April 23-May 8, 2010
A duo of one act comedies by the three-time Academy Award winner. Full of Allen’s classic one-liners, both of these short plays offer an absurdist look at marital fidelity. In Riverside Drive, an ex-copywriter slash paranoid schizophrenic stalks a successful screenwriter convinced that he has stolen not only his ideas but his life. Old Saybrooke is a combination of old fashioned sex farce and a Pirandello-esque look at a writer’s process. Together they make for a complete evening of very funny theatre.
