Author Event: Rabbi Jonathan Sacks
May 27, 2010
In his new work, Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of Great Britain, argues that Jews should transform themselves from "the people that dwells alone" into a community willing to work with others in order to achieve freedom and social justice. He will appear at the Free Library to discuss his book Future Tense: Jews, Judaism, and Israel in the Twenty-First Century.
