Take a Centennial Grown-Up Tour of Memorial Hall, the last remaining building from Philadelphia’s 1876 Centennial Exhibition! Centennial Tours explore the history, art and architecture of Memorial Hall, first home of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the 1876 World’s Fair. The highlight of the tour is Centennial Exploration, featuring an 1889 scale model that depicts the Centennial’s landscape including Memorial Hall plus 200 buildings that were erected for the World’s Fair. Walk-Up Guided Centennial Tours of Memorial Hall are available.
