Emory University professor Melvin Konner presents a talk on the nature of human nature, focusing on the development of human childhood, the brain, relationships, emotions, and adaptation. He will consider comparisons across cultures and with other species. Lawrence D. Blum of the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia and Penn psychology professor Robert Seyfarth will contribute to the discussion.
