Donna Shur will select three spring/summer wines, including one made in Israel, made in a lighter refreshing style with different levels of body and dryness from three different regions. Three spring reds will be selected in a similar fashion. These will be tasted with light cheeses and you will learn a few basic ways to approach and evaluate wine, e.g. nose, body, dryness, crispness, mouth feel, etc. Entertainment will be swing dance music provided by the Philly Saxophone Quartet led by congregation member Giacomo DeAnnuntis.
