Dick Howard, White Burkett Miller Professor of Law and Public Affairs at the University of Virginia School of Law for a lecture on global constitutionalism. In the modern era, beginning with the revolutions in America and France, constitutions have become not only a nation's fundamental law, but also the means by which regional and international norms have intersected with the nation's history, traditions, and culture. Reservations Required
