    Have you been intrigued by some of those strange veggies in the seed catalogs? Ready to move beyond tomatoes and green beans? Join Ann Mattingly, a self-described lover of the weird and wonderful in the garden and the kitchen. Learn how to grow – and prepare – kohlrabi, Jerusalem artichokes, Asian greens, kale, tomatillos, parsnips, leeks, and a few other oddball vegetables. Class will conclude with delicious treats to taste.
