Gardening & Horticulture: Cool and Unusual Veggies
March 25, 2010
Have you been intrigued by some of those strange veggies in the seed catalogs? Ready to move beyond tomatoes and green beans? Join Ann Mattingly, a self-described lover of the weird and wonderful in the garden and the kitchen. Learn how to grow – and prepare – kohlrabi, Jerusalem artichokes, Asian greens, kale, tomatillos, parsnips, leeks, and a few other oddball vegetables.
