    The Penn Relays is the world's largest annual track meet in its 116th year at the University of Pennsylvania's Historic Franklin Field. Guests are invited to come out to see runners of all ages compete in this world-renowned event. Action on Thursday and Friday consists of top talent from some of the nation's premier high school and collegiate programs.
