The harmonium is an amazing and wildly powerful instrument. Its vibrations have the power to raise the spirits of everyone in the room, especially the one playing it. Victoria has said that if her heart were an instrument, it would be a harmonium. Whether you're a yoga teacher or a harmonium lover, come see what it's all about. In this 2 hour workshop, you'll learn the basic mechanics of the instrument, discuss techniques on leading call and response style chanting, and we'll learn 6 mantras which you can play on your own or lead in a group. No previous experience necessary! Harmoniums will be provided, but bring yours if you have one!
