Find local, in-season vegetables, fruits, and herbs, including organics and heirlooms; pasture-raised meat and poultry; free-range eggs; hormone-free cow and goat milks, yogurts, and cheeses; freshly baked breads and pastries; small-batch vegan and gluten-free crackers, macaroons, and granola; homemade dog treats; salads, entrees, and desserts for eating at the Market or taking home; coffee, tea, and sodas; honey, cider, and fruit butters; plants and flowers; and loads of other stuff. You could shake a stick at it all, but it would take you a while. (Because some vendors are sharing a single space, alternating weeks with another vendor, check the vendor schedule to be sure to catch your favorites.)

To add to the fun, each week the Market showcases a different artist and their creations – jewelry, ceramics, soap and body products, photographs, and so forth – and the whole thing plays out against the soundtrack of a featured musician or band. Pull up a chair at one of the Market’s umbrella tables, and you’ll agree that the only problem with the Lansdowne Farmers Market is tearing yourself away!
