This exclusive, private group tour of The Franklin Institute will allow you a glimpse into the museum's rich historic collections. Start with a guided tour through exhibits lead by an exhibit expert to learn more about the artifacts on display, such as the Baldwin 60,000 train, 1911 Wright Model B airplane, and the Giant Heart. Then, enjoy a special behind-the-scenes tour of the museum's non-public "nooks and crannies" to see where the historic collections are stored. Finally, get the inside scoop on some of the Franklin Institute's one-of-a-kind artifacts with a "white gloves" encounter. A member of the curatorial staff will walk you through rarely presented artifacts and archives from the collections, such as Muybridge's motion studies and some of Edison's inventions.
