XPN Welcomes Chuck Prophet
March 7, 2010
Performing with a parade of razor-edged one-liners camouflaged in a slack-jawed drawl, Chuck Prophet’s songs are about heartbreak & everyman heroism, drenched in twisted lines of a rude Telecaster. Chuck has corroborated with a wide rage of artists such as Alejandro Escovedo , the late Warren Zevon, Lucinda Williams & Aimee Mann; his music is often featured on NPR – especially the XPN hit "Summertime Thing" - and he’s appeared on national TV including Austin City Limits, Letterman and Carson Daly.
