    The Penn Symphony Orchestra, led by Brad Smith, will feature a performance of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in DMajor by Theresa Chang, winner of the 2009 Hilda Nitzsche Concerto Competition. The symphony will also be performing Brahms Symphony No. 3.
