    The Da Vinci Science Center will hold a public Fact Forum on Tues., Feb. 16, in response to the recent Haitian earthquake and El Niño weather patterns in the western United States. Fact Forum: Earthquakes, El Niños, and Floods will be held that evening at the Da Vinci Science Center and will be free to the public. An RSVP by phone to 484.664.1002, Ext. 102, is recommended. The program will explore the scientific causes and effects of these current events and their potential connections. The panel will include Dr. David Smith, the Da Vinci Science Center's staff geologist and director of professional development. Additional panelists will be announced on the Da Vinci Science Center's web site at www.davinci-center.org as they are confirmed.
