When Clara’s missing hat is recovered by a handsome Florentine named Fabrizio, sparks and an immediate romance erupt. As Margaret tries desperately to keep the young couple apart, the real truth about her daughter is revealed. Margaret is then forced to reconsider not only Clara’s future, but her own as well.
