    Meme is a casual new American restaurant. Chef and owner David Katz's approach to cooking is very simple ? quality, sustainable ingredients cooked with care. The room is small and comfortable with a very welcoming feel. Experience Katz's rustic yet familiar flavors with a light tasting. "I want you to feel like you are a guest in my home." Katz says. Katz will also provide a short demonstration. All food is fish or vegetarian.
