Iran in the Media: Fact or Fiction
March 11, 2010
Faézé Woodville and Aggie Ebrahimi Bazaz will guide the audience through representations of Iran across media, including books, news broadcasts, and films. Faézé and Aggie will offer insight into the qualities and truths of Iran missing from mainstream discourse and raise the question of how a nation can accurately and comprehensively be represented in a climate of political tensions and vested interests. This event will take place in Room 111.
