Join Wake Up Yoga in welcoming celebrated meditation teacher Michael Carroll, as he offers guidance, insight and practical instruction for the curious student interested in navigating the uncertain waters of meditation. In this series you will receive instruction in the ancient practice of Shamatha/Vipassana meditation. These are Sanskrit words meaning "calm abiding" and "clear seeing" respectively. Having a quiet mind makes it possible for you to see the world and yourselves more clearly. Along with this clarity comes a level of confidence in your ability to work with the world. And from this blossoms a fully present, fearless heart.
