Latin Fiesta, the Delaware Valley's critically acclaimed music ensemble founded by pianist Maria del Pico Taylor and violinist Ray Taylor, will have their first-ever family holiday concert on Sunday, November 29 at World Café Live in Philadelphia. Prior to the performance at 3 pm, Latin Fiesta will hold a workshop for children ages 6 and older, which will include music and dance, along with additional arts and crafts activities. Latin Fiesta will perform compositions from several Hispanic countries, many of which encourage audience participation in singing and dancing. They will also play selections from their CD, Amor a la Vida (Love of Life), as well as some holiday classics. The holiday concert will also feature a special guest performance by the International Opera Theater Multicultural Children's Chorus, directed by Karen Saillant. They will perform the Michael Jackson-Lionel Richie multi-platinum anthem "We Are The World."
