Abraham Lincoln: Self-Made in America Exhibit
December 7-December 30, 2009
A world-class traveling exhibit featuring reproduction artifacts from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois, "Abraham Lincoln: Self-Made in America" exhibit was created to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln. It was one of just two “We, the People” programs for the Lincoln Bicentennial funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities. Marple Public Library is the only library in Pennsylvania to hold the exhibit this year.

The exhibit is open during normal library hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am-9 pm; Friday, 9:30 am-6 pm; Saturday, 9:30 am-5 pm; and Sunday, 1-5 pm -
Accessibility Info
The exhibit is located in the library meeting room, which is accessible through the Marple Township entrance to the building, and from the elevators from the library entrance a floor above.
